Reiki 1

Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique, has gained popularity worldwide for its holistic approach to well-being and its ability to channel healing energy. 

Reiki Level 1, often referred to as the First Degree or Shoden, is the introductory level of Reiki training. During this level, you'll learn the fundamentals of Reiki, including its history, principles, and the basics of energy healing. The primary focus of Level 1 is self-healing and personal growth.

This level enable you to heal yourself, if you wish to heal others you will need to gain Level 2.

Day 1

You will learn the fundamentals of Reiki, it's history, principles  & the basics of energy healing

Day 2

Will be practical and will result in you receiving your Reiki 1 certification.

Please bring a pcaked lunch and wear comfy clothes.

Healthy living is encouraged in the lead up to the teaching.

This 2 day teaching is normally £199 however I am offering those that wish to start the year on their healing journey, I am offering it out at £75.
