Returning to Harmony

A beautiful workshop learning about shamanism and how to bring harmony to our life.    

We will spend the day learning the importance of  Sacred Space and making our own through a series of meditations & mindfulness. This beautiful workshop is a hands on experience exploring crystals, essential oils, art, sound and the making of your own smudge sticks. The day will end in the assembly of your own sacred space that you can take home and use daily.

We will also practice mindful eating, an experience you will never forget  as we share a beautiful buffet lunch.

 Everything is included:  drinks, lunch, crystals, candle, Himalayan salt candle holder, abalone shell, sage, Palo santo, feathers, tray and use of all paints, pencils, wire, glue etc
